This location has seen better days. It is very dated and the food was less than average at top dollar. The service was good, but we would have been better iff with fast food for what we paid. Skip this chain and go local for a better meal.

I hated Pigeon Forge but had an enjoyable meal at the Hard Rock. Excellent burger and fries. Great service. Loved the music playing on the tv screens and the memorabilia. They also were really good dealing with the pandemic by taking temperatures and requiring masks. Glad they were open. It was a highlight of my trip.
