The menu was very limited. We had a great waitress, and she went out of her way to accommodate us. We were only able to choose beef or a salad. We could only select a brownie for dessert; and the beverage is limited to coffee, tea or a soft drink.

I went there last year for my niece's birthday and the service was horrible and extremely slow. Our waitress was nowhere to be found and when we did see her, she was talking to other staff members. It was so bad the manager felt so bad for us he apologized several times and gave us all gift cards for the souvenir shop, he felt so bad. My sister and I decided to try it again this year. We walked in and asked if we could sit in the lounge. The hostess just pointed to a table for us to sit. After 10 minutes, that same manager as last year saw that we were just sitting there with no menus and apologized for the delay and got us menus. Once again service was extremely slow and the bartender who took our order had no suggestion when asked about drinks or food. You could care she did not care at all. My drink didn't take the best and after waiting half an hour for gross tasting sliders, we had to wait another 10 minutes for our bill. The restaurant charges a mandatory 17% gratuity even though it was just the two of us. There is also a mandatory 5% service fee. When we asked about the fees, she said it went to the staff, what?! No one no one is working there, they know they will get a tip no matter what. The only person I saw busting his butt was the manager. Everyone one else was just socializing with each other. I will not be back again and please give that manager a raise. He has to work harder because his staff won't work at all!

We had a party of 6 (seniors) with a Sunday reservation at 7pm. While on a plane enroute to Seattle that day, I rec’d a text from a person at the restaurant asking if we could move our reservation up to 6pm as they had a private party later that evening. I called as soon as we landed and agreed to the change. We arrived on time, had a drink and ordered our food, which arrived at the table at 6:50pm. We ordered another round of drinks but the manager (?), Mia, advised that we missed “the last call”. After complaining, the bartender came over and smoothed things over by comping a second round. It was clear they wanted us out, so we finished quickly and left the restaurant at 7:20. Obviously, we were not happy. After walking around downtown, we walked past the restaurant on the way back to the hotel (approx. 9pm) and it was completely closed (lights out, etc). So, clearly, the “private party” story was a lie. Apparently, the staff just wanted to get home early. Never again for Hard Rock.
