We were in Seattle for a cruise and had dinner one evening at The Hard Rock Seattle with family and friends. We all had hamburgers which were good but not outstanding. The restaurant had a wait to get in even though not many people were in the restaurant. We assumed it was due to lack of wait staff to serve customers. There was not any of the nice memorabilia that you see in other Hard Rock restaurants from musicians and I guess it is due to the fear of civil unrest and that it might be stolen or destroyed. It is sad because downtown Seattle is not what it used to be and nice places like the Hard Rock are suffering the consequences. The staff was friendly but the place had very few customers and very medium level food -- and limited wait staff.

Food wasn’t as good as other Hardrock’s. The menu is sized way down. Waiter was nice, food took to long, and wasn’t right. The restaurant it’s as large or as decorated. Gift shop small. Eat somewhere local instead

Always a thing of mine to buy burger , this time a Messi speciality. And of course key chain and Novelty shirt at this place. Staff are friendly and accommodating even if asked too many questions.
