What is the point of reservations? Booked 7:45, seated at 8:15. Took an hour for drinks. If we didn’t have 8 in our party we would have left. Really an hour to get water, let alone regular drinks. Was informed that they had several large bus parties and supper would be delayed. Well here we are at 10:15, just paid our check. Server gave us a free brownie, but the manager came over and clearly could care less. Horrible experience, avoid at all cost. Not worth the $150 for 4 people

We booked the Hard Rock for our last night in D.C. and there are so many other places we could have gone to, who deserved our business and would have given us an enjoyable evening. We booked for 6:30pm and arrived a little early but they had our table ready. The girl on the door was uninterested and distracted - really not front-of-house material. We had our main but when we asked for the dessert menu at 7:10pm we were told the kitchen was closing early so we couldn't have dessert. At no point prior were we told this would be happening. Service was slow and disinterested. We wish we'd never booked, had to go elsewhere for a little more to eat, and I'm not sure if I'd go back to a Hard Rock after this. We've been to quite a few around the world but D.C. is clearly trading on the brand and they don't deserve the business. Also worth noting that there is a lot less memorabilia on display then in other Hard Rocks, just adding that as a point of interest as there is a lot less atmosphere.

We went on a Wednesday evening on our 25th wedding anniversary. They gave us a great table, a bottle of champagne and free cocktail glasses! They could not have done any more for us. Walter was our main man. Food was great, as expected and we got to choose some music. Loved it and thank you again.
