Chris was a wonderful tour guide with lots of knowledge about the campus and campus life. I had hoped to go inside a building but the tour was only outdoors.

(1) To start off, we could not identify who our tour guide was; but she was right there, talking to a tourist who would then be on our tour and she started late. (2) The supervisor arrived later with headphones; asking if we could hear her...she had a louder voice than our guide and we were closer in proximity, so group said yes. (3) Being in a walking group of over 30 people, we could not always hear her. (4) People walked at different paces. (5) Guide had a fast pace. (6) No time to ask questions. (7) A 2nd grader Ella began the tour by introducing herself, etc. She periodically ran zig-zag inconsiderately through the walking group; I almost tripped on her; thankfully nobody got knocked down. No, she was not challenged. (8) This is our future. Addendum: We went back to campus on our own on another day; from afar, saw the same guide with a smaller group, hopefully that was better.

We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we donā€™t meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make our tours better and to ensure this doesnā€™t happen again. We are sorry that your experience didnā€™t quite match your expectations and we would love to know why; so that we can deliver a better experience next time. Please message us directly and we would love to arrange a refund [email protected]. Again, thank you for your feedback! ~Trademark Team

Tour guide was very charismatic, very enthusiastic. The gardens alone are worth it. Itā€™s a shame you donā€™t get internal building access as a visitor but still worth doing at this affordable price.
