Brandon is a senior at Harvard. He brought great levity and knowledge to the tour and spent a few minutes talking to my son who may be applying as an undergraduate. B/c of COVID, Harvard is not offering tours, and Brandon's tour closed the gap: his was a nice mix of Harvard lore and 'how-to-Harvard' for interested students. I tipped him well (I think...). However, I ding the entire tour a full star for dumping us at a Harvard clothing store. Tacky, no matter how much of a kickback Viator gets. If Viator is going to go that route, what about a coupon for the tour?
