The Hahvahd Tour was a fantastic experience! Our tour guide Teresa was very engaging and passionate, covered the history, culture and interesting stories at Harvard - even though it was freezing cold this week. Highly recommend!

We took the red line subway from Boston and saw the students hawking this tour when we arrived ; at about $ 10 per person, you cannot complain when you get 90 minutes of informative entertainment. The young student who took our group of about 10, was passionate and funny. She walked us through the grounds whilst telling interesting stories and anecdotes. It is worthwhile noting that wherever the tour goes around the grounds, is open to the general public. I now read that no tours will take you anywhere inside the historical buildings of the Uni. Having just toured both Oxford and Cambridge in England, I find this extremely disappointing, because obviously that's where the real historical sites are. Maybe the student-operators should try to negotiate this with the Uni authorities and offer access, even if this was to increase the cost of the tour.

Thanks so much for joining us, and for your review! You've read correctly, that the school doesn't allow any tours inside their buildings, unfortunately. Our private tours do sometimes enjoy classroom experiences at the Law School and tours of the Business School which include buildings. If you toured inside of Christ Church at Oxford than you may have gotten a sneak peek inside of Memorial Hall at Harvard - we based our design on their dining hall exactly! Thanks so much for your suggestions

Our tour guide was engaging, relaying just enough historical facts and events to give us a good context, and included lots of fun stories and myths about Harvard.
