The tour was very good. The tour guide was great! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is we felt a bit rushed to see everything in the time alloted. Hard to hurry up and click pics.

Our guide, John, was incredibly witty, funny and entertaining during this tour of Hahvahd University. He gave us plenty of time for pictures, questions and made the tour go by very quick. This is a great way to get some insight on the history of this university and others in the area. I never realized how expensive the university is and all the guidelines that students needed to follow to graduate. Fascinating! Thank you John.

We were running late due to the weather and train and text the guide and we did not hear back for an hour and a half. They expected us to wait 2 hours for another tour and then wouldn't refund us because they offered an alternative time, which interfered with our later plans. The directions to the meeting spot were not clear and we were walking up and down the street to find it which made us miss it. None of the meet up directions on this site make sense or are correct.

Hi Traci, Iā€™m sorry to hear about your experience. We encourage guests to come 10 minutes early as we need to run a tight schedule, so our student guides can make it to their classes on time. I spoke with my team internally to see what might have gone wrong, and it seems you were in contact with two different groups: our ambassador team and our management team. Our ambassador team tried catching your group up to the 2pm tour but couldnā€™t find the guide given how far into the tour they were. They recommended you come on our next tour, the 3pm public tour. Our management team only saw the message after 3 oā€™clock, so they recommended the next tour at that point, which was the 4pm. As for directions to the starting point, we try to state them as clearly as possible and have ambassadors with signs at the start. We also have the ambassadors call guests to make sure they can find the start and leave a voicemail when they canā€™t get through. If you have any suggestions that could help future guests, please let us know! Please feel free to contact us at [email protected], so we can help resolve this. ~Trademark Team
