We had Morgan as our tour guide, who appears to have taken over for the main tour giver on many of the tours. While you can tell he is newer at giving tours we felt he knew the stories he was telling us very well and had a true passion for the history behind Austin.

Jim has incredible enthusiasm and it's great to see his excitement. Learned a lot about local history including the Midnight Asassin. I bought a book about this per Jim's recomendation. My favorite story is about Samantha at the Driskill (no spoilers) if you like walking this is fun

Our group of 30 had a BLAST with Jim. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Austin's "haunted" history, his delivery was very engaging and the tour was the perfect amount of time (1.5 hours). We were all from out of town and this was a great way to experience the city - would tour with Jim again!
