Irene is a lovely person. Instantly we all 'clicked' with her and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning seeing the sites and learning about the Wall Street area. We had all sorts of questions and she answered everything in a way that was coherent, understandable, and relatable. We are definitely going to use her again when we next visit NYC!
