Aside from being over an hour late starting due to unforeseen accident out of their control, Ellie stepped in and saved the tour. Her energy and theatrical story telling kept it entertaining. The walking was not as bad as I thought it would be for 2.5 hour tour. Provided time to sit at each Place for 20 to 30 min story telling. If you’re looking to actually see a ghost, or feel any presence I don’t recommend this would be it but it is interesting to hear the stories. Also since the tour started late they gave us a discount on tickets but they did offer a chance to cancel with money back
