Wish we could have gone into or closer to the places the guide talked about; Not the company's fault at all. It could have been longer and they could have taken us to alternative haunted places that were more accessible. All in all a great time with lots of history explained.

The tour guide completely no showed on us....leaving 12 people out in a drizzly rain. No communication whatsoever. I had attempted to confirm the tour hours earlier when the rain began but nothing. Others had made calls earlier as well. Extremely disappointing....not because the tour was cancelled but because of zero attempt to inform us it was cancelled.

Guide was very sweet and it was a gorgeous evening, but unfortunately she had no idea how to navigate the tour (pulled out her phone the whole time to get around) and had a very poorly developed narrative..it was comically terrible, but equally comical and terrible?
