This was not what we thought it would be... Majority of the tour was spent in silence as we walked 3 miles. When we did stop, the description wasn’t scripted or rehearsed and just came off as stories she was making up on the spot. The guide kept walking us in the wrong direction, then turning us around. She had an older lady with her using her gps on her phone. The older woman did not interact with us and wouldn’t even look at anyone. Tbh, it was the creepiest/spookiest part of the entire tour. Save your money and time.

This was a terrible tour. Do not waste your money. There were 4 of us and we felt like we threw away $106. Our guide did not know what she was doing. She had a single sheet of notebook paper she kept referring to and still jumbled her stories. It was more history than scary or ghostly history. You walk a lot on this tour and you stop briefly at each stop with little information given. I would not recommend this tour to anyone!

Our tour guide, Anna Seurat, was very engaging, right from the start. She was dressed in old time clothes, and stayed in character the entire time. Everybody felt comfortable, and had fun. She was very funny, and led the group through the DC landmarks at night. Gorgeous to see. Anna was entertaining, and the tour progressed at a good pace. She was knowledgeable about her character, and ghost hauntings around the city. Excellent story teller! Was a fun addition to our DC trip, apart from visiting all of the landmarks. High recommend for the tour, and high recommend for Anna. Thanks for a fun night.
