My friends and I went on this tour on a freezing cold night, and still have a fun time. This tour is definitely more historical than scary, and includes information that even the biggest history buff won't know. Our guide was very nice and engaging, and it was a cool way to learn more about D.C. There are actually quite a few ghost stories around the capitol area that have been around since its founding, and it was great to learn about them.
