What To Expect

Old South Carriage Company

Our stable is where your tour experience will begin and end. After checking in you can say hi to our draft horses, watch an educational video, purchases a bottle of water, or use our restroom. As you board your carriage via our inclined ramp / easy loading platform, your certified tour guide will greet you.This 40 minute after-dark tour covers more than 15 eerie blocks of Charleston's old walled city.

Went with my mother on the haunted carriage tour. We had a great time. They let her sit up front because if her bad knee, heard spooky stories and got to pet and take pics with the horse afterward. Prince (the horse) actually took a photo with me! I swear he knew what "selfie" meant and bent down to get in the photo! Tour guides are engaging and they treat the animals really well.

Excellent guide, awesome horse (prince) hope he gets horse if the month. We went around the city hearing local spooky legends and we got to oet the horse and take photos with him afterward .

Shannon was an excellent story teller. She was very enthusiastic about ghosts! It was nice to hear about the historic district and we used this information when walking around during the remainder of our trip. This was our first ever carriage ride.
