We have gone on tours with Old South before and always had a good experience. This time was no different. The driver was very knowledgable and fun. The experience is always great to see the city by horse and carriage. One frustration that we had on this experience was that when I booked the tickets, it said on the booking site that due to covid they were limit to four per ride and that was great because I wanted a private tour for the four of us. I booked. We arrived several months later and was told that all covid restrictions were off. We ended up in a large group. I would have booked a private booking had they reached out to me and told me the arrangements had changed. A little covid relate shaphu. It didn't ruin the experience.
