What To Expect

Old South Carriage Company

Our stable is where your tour experience will begin and end. After checking in you can say hi to our draft horses, watch an educational video, purchases a bottle of water, or use our restroom. As you board your carriage via our inclined ramp / easy loading platform, your certified tour guide will greet you.This 40 minute after-dark tour covers more than 15 eerie blocks of Charleston's old walled city.

Ben and Old Mike have us a great tour of the haunted places. The history of Charleston is very intriguing and dates back many years. It is also very tragic.

I was hoping my kids would get a little scared and enjoy this carriage ride. We could barely hear the driver and I felt like it was a waste of money.

The monitor sounded like he was reading from a script. Not exciting at all. We saw nothing nor were told anything about history. A few ( tried) to be ghosts stories but I could have made up better. It costs my husband and I $80.00 for a 45 minute ride. We just went in a square. Would not recommend at all!
