What To Expect

Old South Carriage Company

Our stable is where your tour experience will begin and end. After checking in you can say hi to our draft horses, watch an educational video, purchases a bottle of water, or use our restroom. As you board your carriage via our inclined ramp / easy loading platform, your certified tour guide will greet you.This 40 minute after-dark tour covers more than 15 eerie blocks of Charleston's old walled city.

Great carriage ride with fun ghost stories for any age. Max our horse was great and Carol our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and stories of Charleston.

The tour left early. The guide called us 5 minutes before scheduled departure, and stated we would not make it in time even though we were literally around the corner. Somehow it was claimed the tour always leaves early, not at the scheduled time. We had to miss it. We also received no refund.

Great tour guide Shannon was great and very funny! Classy place and horses well taken care of. Would definitely recommend. Tour took about an hour.
