What To Expect

Old South Carriage Company

Our stable is where your tour experience will begin and end. After checking in you can say hi to our draft horses, watch an educational video, purchases a bottle of water, or use our restroom. As you board your carriage via our inclined ramp / easy loading platform, your certified tour guide will greet you.This 40 minute after-dark tour covers more than 15 eerie blocks of Charleston's old walled city.

Big Mike was an awesome tour guide. He was very entertaining and his haunted stories were great. Rowdy was a great big horse that was super smart and fun to be pulled by. Great team! Loved it and highly recommend

Was not what we expected. Couldn't hear the guide over the clacking hoofbeat , carriage noises and traffic. a speaker in the back would be great. Horses were beautiful and enjoyed the ride thru the city.

The historical facts about downtown Charleston. The ghost sighting stories were also very interesting. Our guide was very friendly and personable. It was overall an enjoyable experience!
