Our horse Jordan was awesome and also very aware of his surroundings. Dale was very knowledgeable and provided really nice insight during the tour. My wife lived it as well. 5/5

The tour is a fun experience, though some (like my husband) might find it a little hokey. I did love hearing the story that connects Edgar Allen Poe to the area, so you do hear a bit about the history (and not just ghost stories).
