The guest that appeared on the bus at different stops was a great actor. This was Certainly a wonderful theater production on a trolley.

On the evening of July 2nd a Friday night, I rode on the Discover Sarasota Tours for my 2nd experience ever. I arrived over 30 min early and was greeted by the owner Tammy Hauser and had a pleasant conversation while I waited for the guided trolley to arrive in the front of her gift shop. The tour guide was all face painted like a skeleton and was a jovial lady including the sing-along she teased out of us between some of the stops on this Haunted Tour of the city of Sarasota. (mostly downtown vicinity) The young man at 3 specific stops as the actor gave fascinating reenactments of this haunted tour of Sarasota at night. The 1st was by the historical Rosemary district cemetery dressed up as an undertaker with a Tennesse southern drawl of an accent. Next, at the Biddell House, I believe he dressed up as Mr. Biddell the pioneer convicted of murder long ago, as a very angry ghost, lol. Finally, at the Gator Club a former brothel decades ago a lady of the night by the name of Lucy died by suicide, or was it murder? Anyhow the actor dressed up in Drag and that was a get-up I won't soon forget, lmao! Along several routes, the tour guide gave several insightful background information of other stops along the route. Particularly, the Sarasota Opera House where Elvis once performed and the now-demolished Players Theater where the tour guide spoke of her experiences as a seamstress for the costumes long ago. With a fond farewell to her supervisor now departed and his ghost furnishing her with sewing needles in the oddest of places. Also, the old Sarasota Indian Beach legend of the Calusa tribe in southwest old Florida during the time of Hernando Desoto's landing in Bradenton centuries ago. It was a fun and at times local quirky trolley ride with the rich colorful bygone days of old Sarasota I won't soon forget.
