Old Jail Museum

Get ready for an up close and personal encounter of the town’s most haunted building, the Old Jail. Listed on the Florida and National Register of Haunted Places and is the site of countless documented paranormal experiences. Unlock the secret of an (EVP) voice recording captured during a real paranormal investigation and its possible connection to the well-known hangings carried out on the site. Cameras or camera phones are recommended to take pictures through the building’s famous and ominous windows and potentially capture something unworldly! Send us your pictures and we will evaluate them for paranormal activity and may even share them on our social media pages.

Good history lesson, but was expecting to tour buildings and not look from the trolley. Dont sit over the wheels.

Ghosts must have been all in hiding on this fairly boring tour made worse by the guide who was young and did not seem very well trained. The presentation sounded very scripted.

I'm sorry, but for the price, this 'tour' was not even close to being worth the price. Perhaps for $10 I would feel less cheated. It was less than an hour, passing half a dozen sites in or near downtown St. Augustine, while listening to some mildly interesting stories. I'm sure most of the adults shook their head when they realized the format and extent of the tour, though I'll admit our 7-year old grandson was all in. We decided on this tour as it was billed the most family friendly of the ghost tours, and it was nice not having to walk around with a guide and a 7-year old, but if you truly want a worthwhile 'ghost' tour of St. Augustine, I'd look and spend elsewhere.
