Old Jail Museum

Get ready for an up close and personal encounter of the town’s most haunted building, the Old Jail. Listed on the Florida and National Register of Haunted Places and is the site of countless documented paranormal experiences. Unlock the secret of an (EVP) voice recording captured during a real paranormal investigation and its possible connection to the well-known hangings carried out on the site. Cameras or camera phones are recommended to take pictures through the building’s famous and ominous windows and potentially capture something unworldly! Send us your pictures and we will evaluate them for paranormal activity and may even share them on our social media pages.

The trolley tour was amazing! Our tour guide was wonderful and she had lots of stories that she just brought to life! The guys at the jail also did amazing in making the tour seem so real! Thanks for a wonderful memory! My husband and I will definitely be recommending this tour!

AMAZING!! I was so excited for this and it did not disappoint. The fun started even before we were on the trolley in the gift shop!! Miss Mimi was fantastic. Throughout the tour she kept the whole trolley engaged. Not only did we learn about all the ghost stories but she also shared history of the town and its residents along the way, so it was like a two-for-one tour. We laughed and screamed and jumped out of our skin multiple times throughout the tour. And I must mention Jesse from the jail, who could be cast in a blockbuster tomorrow. He was brilliant and deserves an Oscar! I recommend this experience to everyone who visits st. Augustine.
