What To Expect

Old Jail Museum

Get ready for an up close and personal encounter of the town’s most haunted building, the Old Jail. Listed on the Florida and National Register of Haunted Places and is the site of countless documented paranormal experiences. Unlock the secret of an (EVP) voice recording captured during a real paranormal investigation and its possible connection to the well-known hangings carried out on the site. Cameras or camera phones are recommended to take pictures through the building’s famous and ominous windows and potentially capture something unworldly! Send us your pictures and we will evaluate them for paranormal activity and may even share them on our social media pages.

The tour was great, the staff on the trolley were knowledgeable and friendly. The only improvement I would suggest is to have more directions on the outside of the gift shop that explain what the check in process is and what to do, because the staff inside that are supposed to check you in aren’t particularly clear with what you need to do. The experience of the tour was very interesting, once we figured it out. If you are heavy set like me, be aware that the seats are a bit small and are ideally for 2 relatively thin people to share unless you are in a group of 5 or more and manage to get a seat in the back of the trolley. I would do it again for sure!

Awful. Didn’t go in any of the buildings like they used to. This was just a trolley tour and the info and story telling was weak at best. Used to be much better. Been on old tour at least half dozen times and strongly suggest not to waste money on this current version.

Fun adventure! The cemetery was very interesting and Nova did a great job narrating ! Our family always goes on the Ghost Adventure when we come to Saint Augustine
