Old Town Trolley Tours has implemented a number of new safety measures such as plexiglass partitions in between every row of seating aboard our Trolleys, limited contact with other persons and an increased focus on disinfecting and sanitation. Face coverings are required.

Old Jail Museum

Get ready for an up close and personal encounter of the town’s most haunted building, the Old Jail. Listed on the Florida and National Register of Haunted Places and is the site of countless documented paranormal experiences. Unlock the secret of an (EVP) voice recording captured during a real paranormal investigation and its possible connection to the well-known hangings carried out on the site. Cameras or camera phones are recommended to take pictures through the building’s famous and ominous windows and potentially capture something unworldly! Send us your pictures and we will evaluate them for paranormal activity and may even share them on our social media pages.

Mimi and Texas Tim did an excellent job of showing us the sights and telling us the gruesome history of St. Augustine. Mimi is very knowledgeable and passionate about history.

I have been on other haunted tours in the US and abroad, but this is one of the best I’ve experienced. The failing of most haunted tours is the reliance on a lot of cheap scares and spooky talk without paying much attention to the far more interesting true history of the places you visit. Miss Mimi informed us that she is a history teacher in the local schools and it was evident to this writer that she knew what she was talking about. Her stories of premature burial, murder and execution are easily verifiable and don’t need a supernatural element to make them more interesting. St Augustine has a fascinating and, at times, gruesome history that deserves to be taught to modern audiences as a reminder of the cruelty of humans against each other. Also, our driver was very careful and made the evening’s ride enjoyable. I highly recommend this company’s tours and especially Miss Mimi as your Ghost Tour Host, if you are so fortunate.
