This was an excellent tour with a good balance of history and scary!!! My tour guide was Natasha and she was amazing and filled with knowledge, which made the tour so eye opening and also educational.

I am leaving a bad review because I feel like this company only cares about one thing your money. I bought tickets through trip advisor for the Shanghai tunnels . Originally i thought i was purchasing for a Tuesday And realized they dont start till Thursday . I called and left a voicemail for someone to call me back about refunds but didn't hear back from anyone and so my friend and i stayed an extra day in Portland to go to this tour. Thinking what the heck . The evening before my friend and I went to Portland city grill on which I got food poisoning ( the scallops) which carried into the next day. I called as soon as they opened to talk to them about canceling my booking and was told no refunds unless canceled 24hrs ahead of time. Well that's hard to do with food poisoning when it hits you at 2am. Anyway the guy I spoke with gave me an email for the manager to see if he could help me or at least listen to me. I emailed twi e with no response . What a waste of money and time. It sucks that even though it was out of my control and I didn't want to be throwing up on the tour that I had to throw away 70 bucks on. Wish people still had manners and returned calls and emails!!!
