The tour was ok. Our guide was animated and theatrical to try and give it a "spooky" feel, she did her best. The tour felt like we were walking around someone's dark dirty basement for 20 minutes, looking at their dusty plumbing. Nothing spooky about it. We saw "replicas" of things which I guess was ok. No actual tunnels were walked through. The scariest thing was having to duck pretty low to go under a water main pipe. I appreciate the effort though. The beer at the end and the take home can was great though. I say, Skip the tour... eat the yummy pizza and enjoy some local beers.

While we found the guide very knowledgeable and likable, we wish the material was presented less as a performance. Theater has its place, but in a tour we found it more distracting than complementary.
