clueless customer service, didn't have the courtesy to call back after multiple calls made so other passengers wouldn't be held up. Also, beware this provider, unlike most viator tours they have a no cancellation policy, Tour guide called to ask if i was coming, he had very poor english language skills. This tour might be fine, but customer service is all i can rate this company on.

We went on a tour of the volcanic national park well worth the visit highly recommend this tour definitely an eye opener to me on how the earth works

He had a great day and saw a lot. We were on a cruise boat, so with limited time, the tour combined all you could want in the 7 hours. We saw a black sand beach, Rainbow Falls, Orchid Garden, Volcanoes Park and even got to stop in at the Candies Factory and Mac Nut Plantation. The tour guide and driver were great.
