Our tour guide Warren was a cool, laid-back guy who was always making sure the tour members were having a great time. A few stops for some nice treats, a few small stops at little attractions that were fascinating, and a lot of time spent at the national park, which was pretty enthralling for myself and, I imagine, anyone with a passing interest in volcanoes and geology. Guide was very knowledgeable and fun, and made sure to get us back to the cruise ship with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend!

My family enjoyed this tour so much! We got to see so much of the island and our tour guide was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. My only criticism would be that the provided refreshments were not offered until close to the end of the tour.

The tour guide was good and they certainly knew what they were doing, but they took us to some places that were not part of the tour and this made the journey so long that it took us 7 and a half hours instead of 6 hours to finish the tour. I had kids traveling with me on the tour and it made it so hard because we were mostly on the bus for most of the trip. I enjoyed the volcano, the gardens and the waterfall, but the rest of the tour I would have skipped.
