At Portalupi Wines, a small boutique winery that is family-owned and operated, you'll enjoy a seasonal and delicious wine and bite pairing, with their award-winning wines and delicious local farm-to-table bites. You'll learn about the winemaker's heritage as they share the "Cal-Ital" food and wine cultulre with you.

Tammy was a fantastic hostess, tailoring her talks to meet our needs. She's very easy to be with, and guided us around Healdsburg in a friendly, informative tour of some of the areas top restaurants, along with one wine tasting. Each of the stops was fantastic - she's chosen a nice variety of places and we were served at a usually-preset table quickly and by friendly wait staff at each location. My favorite was a tour of Shed, a fantastic market/restaurant.

My wife and I did the afternoon tour and were the only people on it, so we had a very personalized tour. Tammy, the owner and tour guide, was very friendly and good at keeping conversation going with only two people. She's extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to change our itinerary on the spot when we said we'd rather skip the wine tasting (had enough already!); she was able to get us right into another fantastic restaurant with one phone call. There was PLENTY of food on the tour and you're not nickeled-and-dimed. I even got to try a sangria and some local beer...no extra charge. We tried a wide variety of food, including dessert, and all were outstanding. Who knew such a culinary treat would exist in such a small town!

The Savor Healdsburg Food Tour is a must do! My two friends and I were down for a girls' trip and I'm so happy that we booked it. Tammy was absolutely delightful, fun and knowledgeable; a true foodie indeed! We had such a great time with delectable food, wine, desserts and history as well. Tammy also recommended excellent restaurants to try for the rest of our trip as well. I would definitely do this tour again. The walk to each venue was leisurely and gave us an opportunity to see this beautiful city. Thank you so much Tammy for a wonderful time! It was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
