This is Healdsburg's “original” Wine & Food Pairing Walking Tour. Our 4-hour guided taste adventure, hits all the gourmet highlights of charming Healdsburg, the hippest town in Wine Country! Join us to experience the art of Wine & Food Pairing in a fun, casual way. Discover why certain wines taste better with specific foods. We’ve partnered with local wineries & chefs, to offer you a wonderful arrangement of unique tastings.

Meet your Guide in Gazebo in the Healdsburg Plaza. After a brief orientation of town, you’ll be on to your first winery visit where you’ll enjoy a private seated wine & food pairing. You'll continue your adventure to enjoy another tasting of boutique wines creatively balanced with simple foods. Each pairing will make you rethink the way you experience food and wine. Listen to the winemakers & their families as they share their stories, passion and unparalleled love of the fertile land they call home.

All 3 wineries we visited were great, as was the tea place and ice cream! Healdsburg is a charming town and having a local guide was so helpful. Learned a lot about wines and food pairing. Thanks Marty! She was a great guide with a lot of local knowledge and suggestions.

This was our 7th anniversary/first trip out since March 2020. I had been asking coworkers where we could go that was close to home but a nice day trip. Multiple people suggested Healdsburg. Growing up in the Bay Area, somehow I had never been to this gem of a town. There was a lot of anxiety leading up to being in public but the wineries handled our safety so well. On to the amazing part, Carol! I could not have asked for a better person to celebrate with my husband and I. At every winery she would give us a little introduction and congratulations, it made us feel so special on such a special day. I love the feeling of "community". Carol had a relationship with the people at each winery and the tea shop, she also made the trip feel personal even though there were five other people on the tour. It is clear she loves community and every thing that goes along with it. I enjoyed the snacks at each winery and learning how to pair the cheeses with the wine. My favorite was our first stop at Williamson Wine. We will definitely be returning.

My friends and I had a fabulous time on the tour! Carol (our tour guide) welcomed us all and was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. At the first winery, the owner spend a good deal of time with us explaining the wines, the area and answering all our questions. One of my friends is gluten free and Carol made sure she had a tasty paring to go with all the pinots. At the second winery one of the food parings was a guacamole with a spicy wine - who would have guessed that those two items would pair! Next we stopped at a tea and chocolate shop which was a good break before our next winery (and excellent tea and chocolate!). Along the way Carol pointed out many other businesses and gave us more history of the area. She really knows the area and local businesses and owners! The next winery had several great wines and food. Again we had a great overview from the owner. We ended with soft serve ice cream which was delicious and a great way to wrap up a fabulous tour.
