Hayes Valley
New trendy neighborhood where we meet in a repurposed shipping container. Great food for lunch after the tour and coffee before.
6
Mission District
Great food, architecture, people, parks and street art. From missionary farmland to latino heart of the city to the trendiest and most expensive part of town. A microcosim of the contrasts within the city and San Francisco's to evolve yet maintain its diverse character.
7
Castro Theatre
Some call The Castro our "gaybourhood". A lot of history, culture, rainbow flags and cool buildings.

We took the New Classic San Francisco bike tour with Josh on February 16. It was awesome. By asking our heights during booking they were able to have the bikes ready for us when we arrived. After some slight adjustments to make them perfect and offering us anything we could need for the trip (poncho, gloves, etc.) we were ready to head out. The tour itself was relatively easy biking wise, with many stops for photos and snacks. Josh was an excellent guide, knowledgable about the city's history and culture. He offered suggestions not only for during the tour itself but also for the rest of our stay. Overall it was a great way to see some of San Francisco's most iconic neighborhoods and sights, and gave us some ideas of what we wanted to spend more time on during the rest of our stay.

We loved the tour we did. Was a nice, easy pace for every rider. We felt safe at all times. Josh was a great tour guide and a better person. Ask him about his first concert, you won’t be disappointed. Can not recommend enough. Thank you Josh for a great morning!
