Our guide Natalie was the best!! She was a lot of fun! The trails were amazing and such great experience! It was like being inside a snow globe!

The scenic views were breathtaking. When we arrived for the excursion I felt we were rushed into the changing room and told little about what to expect. We were then shuttled to the departure area and the guide, who was not very cordial, began giving quick do's and don’ts (mostly dont’s) about the operation of the snowmobiles. At this point we still haven’t been given info about what to expect. I had never operated a snowmobile so I knew nothing about it and was a bit apprehensive. We departed and I ended up behind the guide. I was trying to learn the operation and familiarize myself but was quickly scolded for failing to keep proper distance. It seemed the guide was more interested in showing off his snowmobiling abilities than actually being a guide. We stopped for a couple of photo opportunities, but my phone was buried under the snowmobiling attire and I was unable to get to it to take pictures. I feel we could have been advised prior to leaving about keeping the phone accessible. In summation, the scenery was awesome and the guide was another “a” word, awful.

They have everything you need. Don’t have to worry about bringing specific clothing items. Long ride and lots of fun
