Overview

The ultimate multi activity package: a helicopter tour, a dogsled tour and a landing on the lower glacier to explore the melt pools and crevasses.

Start this adventure with a spectacular helicopter ride over glaciers and icebergs. We often see moose, black bears, Dall sheep and mountain goats. Land on a huge snow field high on a glacier and enjoy a whole hour with Alaskan sled dogs and their mushers that live here all summer long. Take the dog team for an exhilarating dogsled ride through real snow. You can stand on the runners and mush your own dog team if you want, or just sit on the sled and let the mushers run the team.

After the tour the helicopter takes you to the lower glaciers where you will land on the hard ice between the crevasses to see the majestic blue melt pools.

Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 pounds including clothing and luggage will be required to pay a surcharge of $150. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.

Amazing tour! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. We loved the dog sled experience and learned a ton about the Iditarod. Our pilot, Connor, gave us a ton of information about the glaciers and the area. It was exciting to walk around on a glacier and see the blue ice on the extra landing. Highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience!

By far the best experience we have ever had on a vacation! The staff and pilot were great. It is expensive but worth it! We were a little rushed at the dog sledding and we didn't get to spend as much time with the dogs as I would have liked and we didn't get to see puppies but all in all it was an amazing experience!

We loved riding the helicopter flown by Warren. He was very pleasant and informative. The dogsled musher Dallas was amazing as was the coordinator Courtney. We loved playing with the puppies. On the way back we stopped on the glacier and drank pure water. It was fun walking around with the clamp-ons. That evening we took the zodiac tour with Warren as our pilot and boat driver. It was a once in a lifetime experience going through the water with icebergs all around Alaska is gorgeous so it was fun seeing it from different angles.
