A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
People per ride: The helicopter fits 3 passengers at a time so if you have a party of 4 people or more, we will have to split them in two or more rides.
Weight restrictions: One person CANNOT exceed 300lbs (136kg/21.4st) and the total weight for 3 people is 600lbs (272kg/42.8st). All passengers must be willing to be weighed for safety.
Infants up to 2 years old (under 28lb/13kg) must sit on a lap and will fly for free.
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: A full refund or reschedule requires at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No refunds will be given after that time period. Although all flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceilings, lightning, or extreme winds), you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
Failure in showing up for your appointment without notice will result in cancellation of your tour without refund.
Arrival time: passengers must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. If you do not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us.
We require all the Adults' passengers IDs.
It is a private tour and each passenger will have a fantastic window view!

For being my 1st time in a helicopter it was not exciting at all. We bought the 20min at 8pm for what we thought it was going to be night time. First of all, they took us up early and only gave us a 16min tour, yes I kept track. Second, i did not understand the pilot even though he had a sexy Australian accent. Third, the pics they took were only 2 poses. It just wasn't worth it and too expensive for what you get. Very disappointed.

In regards to the situation surrounding your flight, we were able to review the aviation ADSB data in order to check if our pilot was able to deliver the purchased product and discovered that the helicopter did in fact fly directly over all of the landmarks that were promised as a part of the tour. We acknowledge that the tour time can vary depending on multiple factors, including wind, and fuel load etc. We also factor in the amount of running time spent on the ground, which is why we try to get our customers flying as soon as possible when the helicopter starts. This leads to the next topic which is related to the cost. We are sorry that you feel that this experience was not worth your money, but operating helicopters is a very costly endeavor, hence our prices. We have always prided ourselves in being able to stand out for offering prices that are significantly inexpensive compared to our competitors for the same lengths and distances of tours. We understand that you were disappointed in the photo service that we provided. We were able to take two photos from each side of the helicopter, as well as three photos of you outside of the helicopter, which is the typical standard for our photo service, including a minimum of seven photos. We appreciate your feedback and will apply it to our business to improve our service.
