Very interesting tour. The pizza was amazing - the best I have ever eater.
The tour guide knows New York well and was a great tour leader.
The suggestion I have - especially if you have Australians or other non-tipping nationalities in the tour is to not focus so much on what tip you are going to get and refer to it several times during the tour - making sure we know we have to tip you. We were going to tip more generously but ended tipping the average amount because we found it very annoying.
