Our guide, Stefan, was absolutely amazing. He made the entire tour so interesting due to his vast knowledge. In addition, he was so very pleasant and courteous. My daughter and I would love to take another tour with Stefan!. Many thanks for a great day!!

Our 3 hour tour was expansive and well presented. Katie was articulate and knowledgable. The tour is a valuable introduction to a massive and crowded world class venue and well worth the fee for people with a set time schedule. Our only glitch was not the fault of "Walks" unless by omission. We entered the museum 15 minutes before the tour was to begin. The UNINFORMED museum desk clerk insisted that we take our printed ticket to get a museum pass at the museum ticket counter. That misinformation cost us 20 minutes as we waited in the long line, only to be told to go directly to the meeting place. ..we were not the only ones late. Understand that your Walks ticket is your entry admission and that you should go straight to the designated meeting location, and your guide will have your museum pins there for you.

A museum with 2 million items in its collection can have you wandering in mind numbing circles. Our guide Ryan did a great job sharing his extensive knowledge and guiding us to some of the best areas of the museum. It was a wonderful experience for us without being overwhelming.
