We had a great tour with our guide, Jeffery. He really knew the museum and the works he showed us. We wish we had taken a longer tour, though - it really goes by quickly, and we wanted to look at more treasures. We will just have to go back again!

This was an awesome tour. I did this tour with my 12 year old daughter and we both loved it. Simone, our guide, was very knowledgable and she did a great job conveying that knowledge to us. I now know how I want to visit museums in the future.

I took the 3-hour extended tour and I love it. Met is already too famous so I don't need to rave about the museum anymore. However, there's a reason you choose to visit a museum with a tour guide, that's the tour guide him/herself. Our guide of the day was Jason. Within the mere 3 hours, he managed to give me more knowledge about art and art history than I can ever learn at school. He was patient and passion about art and you can feel it by the way he conveyed his speech. He managed to give us information without making use snooze off as the professors in school. As a matter of fact, his speech was so interesting that we collected quite many stray along the way through the museum and he had to keep un-invite them. Highly recommended, especially if you're as clueless about art as I am.
