Hike Honolua Ridgeline

Overview
There is no other tour experience like this on Maui. You will get to see first hand what a working conservation team does on a daily basis and why it is so important. We go into forest that contains endangered and indigenous plants and animals that visitors wouldn't be able to easily see otherwise. Most of the Mountain areas on Maui are privately owned with restricted access. This tour gives you the access.

I’ve been on many hikes in Maui and this hike was definitely exclusive, private, and very educational. What an honor to be able to even lay foot on these trails! We had an amazing view of land that appears to be completely untouched. You feel like you’re the first ones discovering it! Our guide Kevin was very knowledgeable about this area and has exclusive access, so you know that you’re getting the best guidance. I learned so much on this hike and have gained even more respect for the island of Maui. I highly recommend it!

A few of my friends and I went on the tour of the Honolua Ridge trail with our guide Kevin. He was very knowledgeable of the forest and its history. We learned about so much of the forests trees and how D.T.Fleming planted trees to preserve and restore the ridge for future generations. The lookout at the top was absolutely stunning. I want to go back already to help them with maintaining the ridge for our keiki.

Really enjoyed it. Kevin is super knowledgeable. There was some really awesome trees we checked out along the way and I learned a lot about the super important conservation work the Pu'u Kukui watershed crew are doing. Totally recommend the tour! Mahalo!
