Our tour guide Win was very knowledgeable about the history of each town we visited, the plants and trees nearby, and the rock formations. He was also very pleasant and courteous. We had a bit of bad weather and Win was always cautions about what route to go to ensure our safety, and we just had to go with the flow and enjoy the ride. We didnā€™t do as much hiking as I expected, but I think Winā€™s overall knowledge made up for it; I would definitely go back and do a longer hike. The tour was well paced; we had plenty of time to get snacks or coffee along the road and for potty breaks. I was a bit worried about traveling solo, but I had a great time meeting new people from all around the US and the world.

My husband and booked this trip on day 1 of our time in Denver with Kyle. He was so enthusiastic and passionate about the Rockies! We stopped in Lyons, Colorado for coffee/snacks/ bathroom breaks and what a delightful little town. Then through Estes Park and up to the Ranger station at Longs Peak. The weather was perfect. However, I didnā€™t think our prep through very carefully. There was still quite a bit of snow at the tree line, and I wore tennis shoes which meant wet socks and shoes. Translation....wear water proof hiking boots with good tread!!!. I also struggled a bit with the altitude most of the day ( we hiked to 11,500 feet). But Kyle was very patient and he packed lots of waters. We still managed to have a great day, in spite of lots of rest breaks. Our group was only 8 people, and a fun bunch from around the world. Trails werenā€™t crowded either. Get your nature fix with Kyle in Rocky Mountain National Park. ( But wait a day or two to acclimate to the altitude and donā€™t wear tennis shoes!!)

Hi wildwilma! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your hike (even if it meant some cold feet). Now that you've conquered the altitude, doing more hikes in the future will be a breeze, and we hope to see you again whenever you make it back to Colorado! Kind regards, Kristen

My girlfriend and I decided to do the day tour with Aspire Tour. It was absolutely amazing. our tour guide"Win", yes his legal name is "Win". He was filled with stories from the earlier days of the rocky mountains to personal stories of his encounter with a bear and moose. My girlfriend and I were very entertained by Win's knowledge and expertise. If you can book anyone on this tour book Win. He made the whole experience worth it. These tours are only as good as there people and they have a great one named Win.
