This is a moderate hike at altitude that many guests may find challenging. This tour is not recommended for people who do not regularly exercise. Out of respect for the other guests on the tour, please consider our Rocky Mountain National Park sightseeing tour if you are unsure if you can meet the physical requirements. Our guides reserve the right to ask guests to stop or turn around on the hike.
We cannot guarantee a specific trail - we chose based on day, condition, crowds.
From November to April, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Wool socks are also recommended.
Winter weather conditions may exist in the park, please dress adequately for potentially snowy conditions and low temperatures.

We had the best day-it was a wonderful experience with our knowledgeable, friendly guide. We enjoyed the hike and cannot recommend this day in Rocky Mountain national park enough!

We loved our hiking tour with Gentry, it was easily the highlight of our trip to Denver! She knew so much about the area and was very excited to share with us. She led us on a beautiful and slightly challenging hike, and got us back down before the storms came in. She also had great recommendations for places to eat, things to do, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in decent cardio shape, hiking at altitude is not the same as sea level!

We were in Denver for a short stay and wanted to find an easy and fun solution to get the Rocky Mountain National Park for the day. This tour was it! Honestly, the day was magical. Gentry was an incredible, down to earth guide with a ton of knowledge. She took us on an epic hike that we will never forget. This is the best non-touristy tour ever and I would recommend to anyone who is wavering on trying to rent a car and figure it on your own. Also yes, you should be fit enough to climb up on incline for an hour or so and scramble across some big boulders.
