It was a bit chilly the day we took this cruise, but the boat does have an enclosed climate controlled main deck. Even so, we sat on the upper deck and enjoyed the cooler weather. It was easier to do, since they provided clean and warm blankets to wrap up with during the cruise. The loud speaker didn't work well on the top deck, but the captain provided very informative information about the surrounding area and the dolphins. We saw quite a few, but unfortunately none really close to the boat. Even so, we had a lovely time and highly recommend this cruise with Vagabond.

We had a large group of about 100 people take the dolphin cruise in mid-January 2019. The cruise was absolutely wonderful, and we saw tons of dolphins during our cruise. I cannot recommend Vagabond Cruises enough if you are looking for an awesome Hilton Head activity. Don't hesitate - just book it!

It was a foggy day, but it did get better and at least we could see the island some after about 30 minutes, when the fog cleared a little. When we first started out, we couldn’t see anything. We actually saw a dolphin before we even left the dock. We did see dolphins throughout the trip, which was exciting. The staff was great and very friendly. However, I highly recommend John, the Captain give the microphone/narrating position to someone else with a high energy personality that would make the narration more excited. That would really make the trip much better.
