The Dolphin Watch cruise was exciting. There were plenty of dolphins including several "baby" dolphins and 1 newborn. The captain/guide provide a large amount of information about dolphins, weather changes and Hilton Head. We saw several dolphins in the he wild. The dolphin cruise was a highlight of our trip. If you are looking for something interesting and relaxing to do while on a visit to Hilton Head Island, I recommend the tour.

I went on the 4:00 cruise with my boyfriend and we loved it!! Being in a wheelchair I was concerned about where to go and my ability to see. My chair fit through on the boat fine and I was able to see with no problem. Also it was very easy getting to the boat with my chair. I was also concerned about sea sickness, but the boat doesn't go out into rough Waters. Almost immediately we saw dolphins!! We even saw a Ray jump out of the water!! It was a very informative, scenic and enjoyable cruise. There's candy for the kids and beer for the grown ups. The staff was SO nice and friendly!! The captain tells you all about dolphins and what's surrounding the water.

Our family took a Sunday dolphin cruise on the Vagabond as a spur of the moment decision. It was incredible and we are so glad we did it. The crew was so polite and the captain of the boat was a great host and tour guide. He did say that based on the amount of dolphins we saw it was an extraordinary trip. My understanding however is that you will always see some dolphins out on these tours. The weather was perfect and the sunset amazing! Even my two older teenage sons commented on having a great time. If you have older teenagers you know how rare that is! The fee is reasonable and you will not be disappointed. If you visit Hilton Head Island and go to Harbour Town, take the time to go on this cruise. It is wonderful!
