Bob’s the best! Highly recommend this tour and despite the safety video being a tad intimidating, it’s not hard and absolutely worth it.

Had a 1pm reservation. Called when no one showed up. Told we are moving you to 2pm. We were on a timeline as we were in town for wedding. Couldn’t do an hour delay. Now we are fighting for a refund.

Liz was great on this tour. Very friendly. We did have a couple of glitches. We made a reservation for 2:00 and no one showed up. We called the number and they showed our reservation for 4:00. About 3:25 we received a call to cancel until the next day. They extended our tour for the issues we experienced.
