We had a great time. We met new people during the boat ride. Very relaxing not to have to worry about anything. Walked the city by ourselves to see the squares and city market area. I think the trolley ride would be nice to do but we didn’t do that this trip. I do think they could have a better PA system, it was hard to hear the Captain, sometimes. Crew was nice. Would take the ferry again.

The boat was very clean, friendly crew, and everything ran on time. The boat was very full due to passengers being rescheduled for upcoming inclement weather. There was *barely* enough seating. We were concerned our group wouldn’t be able to sit together despite arriving 45 minutes early. There should be a bit more overflow seating so people don’t feel crammed together on uncomfortable benches. Also, I recommend against purchasing trolley tix onboard. The trolley is fine if you simply want to ride around in a loop around town but not great as a hop on hop off option. We wanted to eat at Lady and Sons, and though there were plenty of empty tables, they would only agree to seat us in the basement level when they saw our trolley stickers. Plenty of other food options abound, so we chose somewhere else.

The boat trip to Savannah was really great. Coffee, snacks and drinks available and plenty of seating. The historic tour was disappointing at the start and not well organized. This wasted 30 minutes of our precious 4 hours between the boat ride home.
