Got 10 of 30 downloads. Was told reached limit, downloaded same picture many times. 100 character min

AVery unfair and untrue review, the clients photo package came with 30 downloads, the client actually downloaded 44 photos, due to their mistake off downloading the same photo twice. As a goodwill gesture we gave the client an extra free 5 downloads, to equate to 49 downloads in total. The client was not happy with the 19 extra downloads they had received and requested another extra 25 downloads for free.
