We would highly recommend this tour. Andrew our tour guide was so knowledgeable. He is 16th generation Charlstonian so knew all the off the track alleys etc and vast knowledge of the history. He made it so interesting and was happy to answer any questions and I asked lots! It was a perfect start to out trip. We generally like to do our own thing but this two hours proved to be invaluable to know where to go back to. Thankyou Andrew.

We had been told to talk a walking tour, and even though we had driven through much of the area on a bus tour, the walking tour was well worth doing as well. The stroll offered time to look at structures in detail and understand how and why the houses are the way they are, and heard a description of life in Charleston when the homes were built. We looked in detail at many business and municipal buildings as well. We all really enjoyed the walk, and would high recommend it.
