What To Expect
1
Donnelly House
The Donnelly House is a beautiful Queen Anne style home built for the Love of his Life in 1893 by JP Donnelly. JP was one of the Founders of the local Yacht Club, the First Mayor of Mount Dora and quite the character. There is a twist here though and we’ll give you the low down on our Historic Downtown Electric Cart Tour.
2
Mount Dora Historical Society Museum
On our Historic Downtown Electric Cart Tour we'll pass by the Old Fire Station and Jail House. This building is now the Historical Society Museum and definitely worth a visit after your tour with us as it’s filled with trinkets from years gone by.

On 9/15/22 thoroughly enjoyed a golf cart tour with guide Tim. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling the tour was easy, pick up and drop off was effortless, The price is extremely reasonable. After doing a considerable amount of walking it also gives the participant a period of rest. Tim provided a plethora of information/history on Mount Dora. Cannot think of a more efficient way to garner such a large amount of information in a short amount of time. Support local business! Learn about Mount Dora by this unique, pleasant excursion!

This was a quick and inexpensive way to see the downtown and surrounding area of Mount Dora. I would recommend it just to learn a little bit of the town. Our driver picked us up at the intersection in town where we parked our car, so very convenient.
