We learned so much about the strand area and the creepy history related to the storm and how the bodies were handled. We will never walk the strand the same. Josh did an excellent job of knowing his history and telling us where active areas are. Since we did the last tour businesses were not open to go into the active areas but we really enjoyed learning so much.

My girlfriend and I took a quick drive to Galveston for the afternoon just for a change of environment from Houston. She suggested we check out a haunted tour of Galveston so we went straight to TripAdvisor. This tour popped up as the first tour. Its obviously pretty popular and I see why. The history on the island is intriguing and the old Victorian mansions still have so much beauty in them. We enjoyed the tour alot. It was a great late night autumn walk discovering the haunted history after dinner on the island.
