My kids, 16 and 3, got into town in the evening and was looking for a few things to do for the night. Booked this tour roughly 3.5 hours ahead of start time. Shortly after this my 3 year old had a minor accident but we had to seek medical attention. I went on to cancel my booking of this tour and request a refund. I am writing this the next morning and I still have not gotten a confirmation or a refund, no reply at all. They have a full refund policy if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead of start and I guess only partial if it's less than that but I still have not heard a word from them.

Did the tour this last week. To be honest I was a bit disappointed. I love Galveston and all it’s history. I felt some of the stories were a little different than what I’ve heard and read. The guide wasn’t so hot as it seemed sometimes the stories jumped around. It was still fun but I wouldn’t recommend it.

the tour guide was awesome and had plenty of creepy fact during the tour. i would recommend not to visit the demonic house alone tho.
